Laura Bianchi

Laura Bianchi is a Partner at the firm and heads the civil and commercial litigation department. Her practice spans from the pre-litigation phase to trial management, with a particular focus on devising the most effective litigation strategy.

She advises businesses, institutions, and private clients in corporate, banking, contractual, and civil liability disputes — both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

She has developed particular expertise in corporate litigation, especially actions for liability, challenges to shareholder resolutions, and the protection of minority shareholders' rights.
