Our civil and commercial litigation department handles complex disputes at every stage: from the preliminary assessment of the client's position and strategy formulation, through to pre-trial negotiations, court proceedings, and enforcement.
We appear before first-instance courts, courts of appeal, and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings — both ad hoc and institutional — and in mediation and assisted negotiation procedures.

Before commencing any legal action, we assess with the client the cost-benefit ratio and the likelihood of success. We favour the most efficient course of action — which is not always litigation — but when proceedings are necessary, we pursue them with determination and rigour.
